DIY: washcloth bibs

How does it go? “Stealing an idea is the sincerest form of flattery”? Something like that. Well, I’m about to do a whole lot of flattering…

Launi over Gracious Rain made these cool Washcloth Bibs out of old t-shirts and washcloths. I just so happen to have a bazillion old washcloths lying around the house. Don’t ask me how this happened… All I know is that I have many, I hate folding them and none of them seem to match my towels. Go figure. I also happen to own quite a few old t-shirts due to an unfortunate affection for novelty tees in the 90’s. Bibs are what I don’t have. My son eats them…I think. Or maybe I lose them. Who can tell? And so I am very much in love with this DIY idea. My sewing skills are borderline tragic, but if you believe Launi, this project is “easy, fun and resourceful”. We shall see.

If any of you try this, let me know how it goes. Make me jealous!
