Valentine’s Day gifting: can you buy secondhand?

Valentine’s Day is approaching. T minus 13 days and counting. It’s daunting, isn’t it? No matter how thoughtful you’ve been in the past, you’ll be expected to deliver something more spectacular than ever to your loved one. So where do you start?

In the past, I’ve window shopped and browsed the boutique stores in my downtown area, but the other day I was brainstorming new ways to find the perfect something and hit a roadblock. I came across a beautiful, but used, necklace online. Instinctively, I disregarded it, which got me thinking…
I’m not allowed to buy a used V-Day gift, am I?
