Solid and updated Glendale travel trailer

1993 Glendale Golden Falcon travel trailer, 18' long. The good: Solid unit with a metal roof and good recent inspection and safety report. No leaks. Nicely updated with new flooring and paint, cozy curtains and a floor plan to maximize space. Gross weight 9800 lbs. Life edge table, good size sleeper sofa with new cushions, double bed, 4 burner stove, nice size fridge, bathroom with tub and shower. New rims and tires as of one year. Brand new battery.
The bad: No hot water system but could be easily installed. Slight damage to the rim above one tire, but just cosmetic and I'm working on repairing it. Perfect for a single, couple or small family. Travel with it or live in it, makes a nice tiny home or extra room for guests or teenagers! Located in Duncan. Selling as a I bought a larger unit.
