2009 ford focus

Helping sell my dad's 2009 ford focus. The car has about 210k kms on the odometer and was his daily driver until he got a new car. Overall it is an excellent car for new drivers, commuting, or learning to drive manual. He was a mechanic so any maintenance done was done properly, and it was driven responsible. Recent work/cons include, Recent spark plugs, new valve cover gasket, new passenger motor mount, new serpentine belt and tensioner, and new front tires. The new Front tires have balance issue which causes a slight vibration @ ~100km/h but lower speeds have no problem. Intermittent check engine light (not frequent). Code for catalyst efficiency, No effect on running. 1st gear must be engaged only once the car has stopped otherwise it will grind.
