ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a skilled, reliable installer to join our team on a range of architectural and structural metalwork projects. You'll be hands-on from day one — working with structural steel, custom gates, staircases, railings, and other architectural metal elements across residential and commercial sites. This is a role for someone who takes pride in precision, works efficiently in the field, and can problem-solve on the fly.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Installing structural steel components and architectural metalwork including gates, staircases, railings, and decorative features. Reading and interpreting drawings and site plans. Working independently and as part of a small crew to meet project timelines. Maintaining a clean, safe work environment on-site.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required
* Proven experience with structural steel installation
* Architectural metalwork — gates, stairs, railings
* Confident use of powder-actuated tools
* High-level layout skills
* Own hand tools and basic power tools
* Strong site safety awareness

An asset
* Fabrication experience or background
* Carpentry skills or framing experience
* Ability to read shop drawings
* Experience working with contractors and GCs

Welding skills are not a requirement for this position — but if you have them, we want to know. Fabrication ability of any kind is a strong bonus.
