Seeking Private Room / Studio for Floor-Based Bodywork (Monthly Rental (Victoria)

Hello,

I'm a professional bodywork practitioner operating independently under the name Soma Temple. I'm seeking a private room or small studio to rent on a monthly basis, with autonomy and flexibility to run my practice.

What I'm looking for:
- Private room or self-contained studio
- Monthly rental (not hourly or per-client)
- Open floor space suitable for floor-based bodywork
- Quiet, clean, respectful environment
- Ability to manage my own schedule

Because my work is primarily floor-based, the space needs to allow for mats and movement. For this reason, it's not a good fit to share a room with a fixed massage table or permanent treatment setup.

About my work:
I offer slow, intentional, somatic bodywork in a professional and consent-based manner. Sessions may be clothed or oil-based depending on the modality.

I value independence, clear boundaries, and a space that allows me to work without interference while being respectful of the property and surrounding environment.
