We are a small residential strata corporation based out of Langford looking to hire a service contractor/ independent contractor/handyman who can do ongoing monthly general building maintenance, landscaping, and general cleaning on a flat rate. Following are the duties :
a) Clean all interior areas including elevator; lobby, hallways, stairwells etc .
b) Clean and maintain Parking lot and Garage ·including Recycling area.
c) Check and clean the "Dog Park" and "Green Corridor" areas as required,
to remove dog waste residue and maintain general cleanliness.
d) Check and clean the Dog park area as required to remove poop residue .
e) Building Maintenance General patching; painting etc .
f) Maintain Gardens around building
g) Clean and maintain Roof area including keeping drains clean and free of debris
h) Irrigation shutdown and startup as well as system maintenance i.e. replacing broken sprinklers
i) Enter-Phone and keyless entry Management
j) Snow Removal: Minor snow falls- 3 inches and below, walkway salting
