***will pay finders fee**** Wanted covered parking for small car

If you or someone you know has an extra spot in their garage or underground parking, or condo parking and wants to make a few extra bucks a month, we'd love an opportunity to rent it.
We would park a small car there.....
We can pay about $35-50 month. We would give a year's worth of post dated cheques.
Condo parking? Apartment? House?
Any references would be appreciated.
Maybe a neighbor that has an empty garage or??
We are 50+ with lots of references if needed.....
