Shared Condo

Roommate wanted to start May 1st $1,200 a month , everything included.
Short term 3 months or long term. a 12'X10' room to rent in my recently renovated 2 BDRM (~980 sq ft) Rent is $1200/month, including all utilities, high speed internet and underground parking. There is a laundry + bike storage room down the hall.
Small pets may be Ok with extra deposit.
The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared space for the roommates to enjoy and is fully furnished + fully equipped kitchen, 75" 4k smart TV.
All you need is to supply your own linens.

The bedroom has a dresser, shelves, fairly new queen size bed, and large closet . Pictures of the room in the are not current. The TV in the photo is not in the room.
The suite is facing south on the ground floor with a nice patio area where smoking is allowed.
The smaller bedroom is occupied by a nice guy in his 30's. He is easy going, clean, quiet and respectful. He will be conducting the interviews when showing the suite. I am the owner and I am currently and will be away traveling in the future.
Excellent location on Hillside ave, 10 min drive to UVic or 15 min bus ride, the bus stop is in front of the building. Close to Hillside Mall which has a Thrifty Foods, Canadian Tire and Walmart.
