Looking for a respectful person/people to stay short term sublet March 15-27, 2026 South Jubilee, Victoria.

1 bedroom (Queen size bed) is available of a furnished house. Short term sublet. You will have place to yourself. House is a lived in 1930's character home. Harwood floor, forced air heating, all bills included: internet, heating and water. On street parking. There are other tenants living on the bottom floor in a self contained unit, with a separate entrance.

This is our home so looking for someone who is respectful and responsible. There are really great people living downstairs so no parties or fight clubs to keep the peace. References will be required.
Please note we will remove the boxes out of the room that you can see in the photos for your stay.
FYI the bedroom does have lower ceiling height, probably not suitable for anyone over 6'3"

Rate - $100 a night, Minimum 7 nights - Maximum 12 nights.
BC Tenancy agreement will be required to be signed off with half of total rent as bond for fully refundable damage deposit.
SingleKey.com credit check will be required for final approval.
