Nice open concept living room & kitchen with peninsula counter. Full bath with shower no tub. Lots of storage shelves. 2 bedrooms are a good size but they have wardrobes & no closets for maximum room space as you can move your closet where it suites your furniture.
Great 150 sq ft covered patio overlooking a lovely natural fotested yard.

Wireless wifi is included. The suite is a legal rental suite that has its own hydro meter at about $75/month average consumption for 2 people. Bills are available to see.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who is only wanting something for a few months. We may be selling the house due to family health concerns & needing to move to a different city.
We're hoping someone needs a place while they look for a house, for work or maybe while they wait for their house to be renovated. The rent amount reflects this for a 2 bedroom suite. We want anyone renting to know its only available for a limited time.
The suite will not be furnished so you will need to move in some of your own things.
There will be a material terms addendum attached to this rental & an agreement to reflect the limited time.
