ISO 3+ Bedroom Pet Friendly Home

Hello! My family and I are looking for a long term (moving is the worst) home in Colwood. We are looking at June 1st (need 30 days to give notice, paying double rent isn't fun ?), and we aren't rushing, as we will wait for the right home. There are 5 of us humans, and 3 fur creatures (by creatures I mean a dog and two cats, all of whom come with glowing references). My husband and I both have full-time employment. ☺️

Our non-negotiable needs:

- 4 bedrooms, or a home where a second living room could be turned into a room (a teenagers dream)

- Pet-Friendly

- Unfurnished

- Minimum 1.5 baths (two toilets is 100% a need ?)

- No suites

- Utilities such as hydro, internet, and if applicable gas to be in our names.


We currently reside in Bear Mountain, but our kids friends and schools are in Colwood and we wish to return to the side we call home. We hope to find something around $3800, but can be flexible for the right home.
