Available Aug 1 (possibly July 15th). Fully furnished private room in a 3 bed suite close to UVIC and Camosun, (Shelbourne and McKenzie). The room includes a bed, dresser, desk, and chair.
Free wfi, heat, water, (it basically includes everything but your phone)
The kitchen, bath and laundry are shared with the other tenants. The kitchen and bath are fully stocked with necessities (plates, silverware, cooking pots and pans etc.)
Car parking / bike storage are included as well.
No pets.
