80 sq ft bdrm in a 2-bdrm condo. Available 2026 May 15. Looking for Female Roommate to share with female tenant.
On Alder St between Tolmie and Cloverdale Ave. I am looking for a responsible, friendly woman to share the condo with a young woman. I am offering a furnished bedroom (10'x8' + closet) plus your own (attached) bathroom with shower/full-sized bathtub. The room is on the smaller side for sure. The room is furnished with a queen bed. I can add a night table and a small chest of drawers if you want them.

I can accommodate a move in anytime from May 1st onward. The condo is within walking distance to Mayfair (7 mins) and Uptown (12 mins) shopping centers, grocery shopping and bus routes. The room would be ideal for a student or working professional.

Included in rental price:
1. Shared use of living, dining and kitchen
2. Utilities (electricity, internet service)
3. Stove, fridge, kitchen storage, microwave, pots and pans, dishes, if desired
4. Washer/dryer, in suite.
5. Parking (designated spot in parking lot)
6. Patio herb garden
7. Gas fireplace.
8. Secure bicycle lock-up room.

House Rules:
This is not a party house, no noisy stuff after 10 pm. No laundry after 10 pm.
One cat if it is compatible with the resident cat.
Absolutely no smoking anywhere on this entire property. Smoking is subject to $200 fine.
No overnight guests without prior consultation.
Cooking: no bacon; no heavy use of oil (frying, deep frying); pan-frying and stir-frying OK
Showers should be no longer than 15 minutes.

Rental/student/employment references will be requested.
Security/damage deposit of one-half month's rent is required upon commitment
