- Use of a meeting room at our Colwood location at no extra cost (prior booking required)
- Video monitoring inside and out and alarm system - Kitchenette

- Easy access main entrance for those with mobility issues and handicap parking directly outside the door
- Inclusion in our in-house directory and on our website's members page
- Professional cleaning of the building, including the offices twice a week

24/7 access is available with our FOB system and is a one-time $50 + GST fee for up to 2 FOBs.

The price with a 1-year term is $575 + GST/month and transitions to a month-to-month agreement at the end of the term. If you prefer a month-to-month agreement, the cost is $600 + GST/month.
