Foreman Carpenter - Custom Homes (Victoria BC)
We're a small custom home construction company based in Victoria looking to bring on a Journeyman Carpenter ready to step into a Foreman role.
We focus on high-quality residential builds and are building a solid long-term crew.
What we're looking for:
- Journeyman / Red Seal carpenter with strengths in concrete formwork and framing.
- Someone looking to learn the next steps and start building from start to finish.
- Someone ready to take on a leadership role
- Strong skills in finishing, and problem-solving
- Takes pride in their work and runs an organized site
- Interested in mentoring apprentices
- Someone who is based in Victoria and knows the area.
