Shayne is a paraplegic and requires a support worker who is familiar with catheters and electric lifts. He uses an electric wheel chair to move around his 2 bedroom apartment. He is able to use his computer, brush his teeth and eat his meals without assistance.
Job duties include hygiene support, cooking, cleaning and social interaction. This is a 24 hour shift that starts on Saturday at 4 pm and ends at 4 pm on Sunday. It pays $334.00 / shift. Shayne is in bed most nights at 6 pm and gets up the next day at 9 am. He does not require night support.
