Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year flooring experience or carpentry background
* Experience with engineered hardwood, laminate, or vinyl plank (asset)
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
* Punctual, detail-oriented, and physically capable

Responsibilities:

* Install engineered hardwood, laminate, and vinyl plank
* Assist with subfloor prep and board repairs
* Keep job sites clean and professional
