Antique, Hand Crafted, Seashell Cameo Brooch & Pendant.

This belonged to my mother, and was part of my estate share. Took to Old & Gold in town. Brought in to sell with the other Gold Jewelry she had. They didn't provide an appraisal, as more valuable than if just gold alone. Unsure if gold plated, or higher carat.
Condition: Used, Excellent.
