We are looking for the perfect tenant for our basement suite in our newly built family home.

We are located in the incredible residential area of Oaklands, which boasts a quiet, community-minded street, which is central to all the amenities you could want. We are a short walk from shopping, main bus routes, and the Royal Jubilee Hospital.

The suite itself is a spacious 615 sq/ft one bedroom. It has a beautiful kitchen with quartz countertops, an island, and new appliances including a dishwasher. The kitchen and living area is an open concept design. The bathroom features heated floors and plenty of storage. The bedroom is spacious and has a large closet. The suite also includes an in-suite washer/dryer, a front hall closet, and another smaller towel closet.

We are asking $1850/month, with cable, internet and water included, for a June 1st move-in date.

As this suite is located in our family home, we are being very careful in our choice of tenant. Our preference:
- Single occupancy
- Quiet, reliable, and responsible
- A professional who understands that we have children. You may hear the pitter-patter of small feet and a few shrieks of laughter. They are in school and we spend a lot of time outdoors, but the tenant must understand such noise. We are otherwise a quiet and respectful family.
- Non-smoker
- No pets.
