All of our devices are put through a 20-point testing process before we release them for sale, and any damaged parts are repaired or replaced. We then factory reset them, install a fresh operating system and Anti-virus (PC) + include free Office programs (PC & Mac). PC's will all come with a legitimate OS key and Macs will generally be updated to the newest system they can run.
