Pet Harness (Medium) & Leash Set

Ordered for my dog but arrived too late and had outgrown the size.
Measurements are in second photo but the actual measurements are
Neck - smallest is 10" and longest is 15"
Around behind front legs - smallest is 12" and biggest is 16 1/2"
Not meant for a strong muscular dog.
