Free to a Good Home

With heavy hearts, we are looking to rehome our beloved dog, Shadow, a 6-year-old Labrador Retriever. Shadow belongs to my parents, who are moving, and unfortunately, our current dogs do not get along with other dogs, making it impossible for us to keep her.
Shadow is a sweet, affectionate, and energetic dog with an untamed spirit. She has spent her life on a farm and thrives in open spaces where she can run and explore freely. She would do best in a home with plenty of room to roam and an owner who can provide her with regular exercise and attention.
She enjoys going on walks, but she does pull on the leash and will need some additional leash training.
She is friendly and generally good with other dogs, but her high energy and excitement may be overwhelming for young children, so an adult household or one with older children would be ideal.
Shadow is intelligent and loving, but she will need continued training and supervision. She is known to jump fences under 5 feet and has a habit of digging, especially when she has excess energy. With the right environment, structure, and care, we truly believe she will grow into an incredible companion.
Shadow is free to a good home, and our priority is finding a caring family who can give her the time, space, and attention she deserves.
