Budgie, cage, and accessories

Beautiful yellow budgie for rehoming.

I am looking for someone who has the intention of letting the budgie fly outside it's cage as this is what he is used to now and it would be cruel to lock him away. He only goes in his cage to eat and rest sometimes, he's never been locked in.

He is slightly tame, he comes on my finger, but will need more training to be fully tamed. He definitely is a great bird that can probably be tamed quite easily but we don't have the time.

$60 cash only please. He will come with all that is needed for his care. The cage was over $80 itself.
